My wife and I had a flat tire on I 840 this morning and while waiting for triple A to come and change the tire, a Diskson patrol car stopped by to check on us and I asked him for a location in Dickson to get the tire repaired. He recommended you guys and I was not disappointed. The situation was handled professionally, quickly and without any issues. Thank you all for the wonderful service and for getting us in our way so quickly. Also thanks for the patrolman thatchecked on us!! Will recommended your place for sure to anyone else. Thank you!!

I hate that it took me so long to write this review. Fortunately, Dickson Car Care works in a much more timely manner than it seems I do. Anyway, I went in needing a tire due to having a flat on the interstate. Talking to the counter person, in just the time it would take for the mechanic to put a new tire on, I felt a comfort there that ended with me getting some long overdue work done; namely brake pads and rotors and an oil change. They did not bring up/try to sell me these services, these were things that had been weighing heavy on my mind, knowing I had neglected them too long. Anyway, they had me in and out in no time and I was very pleased all the way around. I will definitely be returning.

I was recommended to Dickson Car Care by another mechanic in the Dickson area. Bobby at Dickson Car Care diagnosed the problem and personally made sure my car was delivered to a transmission shop to look at the problem. I am a 60 year old woman who know nothing about car repairs. When I wasn't treated right by the transmission shop Bobby once again personally drove my car back to his shop to be picked up by a more reputable transmission dealership. I have never been treated with such kindness and compassion as that which Bobby treated me. A-1 service and I would recommend his services to anyone needing any kind of car repairs!
